Lossen the center multi- bolt in the middle of the pan and set a cup under oil outlet and enjoy roasted meat without too much oil.

It can be used as a casserole pan when center multi- bolt is tighten

Roasting pan made of aluminium die-casting material with durable 4 layer non- stick coating for evenly heat efficiency and non toxic .

Side handle for easy moving but must aware of the hot surface . Do not use hard or steel type scrubbing pad to clean the coating surface .
